Last updated: July 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Health Mesh collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our monitoring and audit services.
1. Who we are
Health Mesh (“Health Mesh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides website monitoring and audit tools, including uptime checks, SSL monitoring, performance and accessibility audits, SEO signals, security header evaluation, coverage scans, alerting, and related reporting features.
For privacy questions or requests, contact us at loopenode@gmail.com. If you prefer a general inquiry, you can also use our contact form.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- Our marketing website and documentation
- Account registration, authentication, and dashboard use
- Monitoring, scanning, alerting, reporting, and billing workflows
- Newsletter subscriptions and support communications
It does not cover third-party websites you choose to monitor with Health Mesh, or services that link to us but operate under their own policies.

- Billing information: plan selection, payment method references, transaction IDs, and upgrade request details you submit for manual verification
- Communications: messages sent through contact forms, support email, or similar channels
- Newsletter data: email address and subscription status if you opt in
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, feature interactions, referral URLs, timestamps, and approximate session activity
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers where available, and diagnostic logs
- Approximate location: derived from IP address (for example, country or city) for security, fraud prevention, and analytics. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly grant browser permission for a specific feature
- Cookies and similar technologies: as described in our Cookie Policy
3.3 Information generated by the service
When you add a website, Health Mesh may generate and store monitoring results such as uptime checks, latency measurements, SSL status, audit scores, findings, crawl results, historical trends, alerts, and exported reports. These results are tied to your account and the sites you configure.
3.4 Information from third parties
We may receive limited information from service providers that help us operate Health Mesh (for example, email delivery, hosting, bot protection such as reCAPTCHA, or analytics). Where those providers process personal data on our behalf, they do so under contractual obligations.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide the service
- Run monitoring checks, audits, crawls, alerts, and reports you request
- Process plan upgrades, verify payments, and manage subscriptions
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Send transactional messages (security alerts, billing notices, product updates related to your account)
- Send marketing or newsletter emails only where permitted and with an unsubscribe option
- Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, detect fraud, and secure our systems
- Analyze aggregated usage to improve product quality and performance
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
5. Legal bases (where applicable)
If you are located in a region that requires a legal basis for processing (such as the EEA or UK), we typically rely on one or more of the following:
- Contract: to provide Health Mesh and related account features
- Legitimate interests: to secure, improve, and operate the service in ways that do not override your rights
- Consent: for certain cookies, marketing emails, or other optional processing where required
- Legal obligation: where we must retain or disclose information to comply with law
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers: hosting, databases, email delivery, security, analytics, and similar vendors who process data for us
- Payment verification partners: only as needed to confirm upgrade payments you initiate
- Professional advisors: lawyers, accountants, or auditors under confidentiality obligations when reasonably necessary
- Authorities: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Health Mesh, our users, or the public
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections
If you create a shared report link or otherwise intentionally expose report content, that information may become accessible to anyone with the link.
7. Monitoring of third-party websites
Health Mesh is designed to monitor websites and endpoints you configure. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to monitor those properties. Scan results may include publicly available page content, headers, status codes, certificates, and technical findings necessary to provide the service.
We process this operational data to deliver monitoring and reporting features to your account. We do not use your monitored site data to sell advertising.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Retention periods vary by data type:
- Account data is kept while your account remains active
- Monitoring history and audit results are retained according to our operational needs (for example, uptime check history is pruned on a rolling window)
- Billing and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, dispute resolution, and compliance
- Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve issues and improve support quality
When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it, unless longer retention is required by law.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, hashed passwords, and infrastructure safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
10. International transfers
Health Mesh may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can also:
- Update account profile details in your dashboard settings
- Manage notification preferences for alerts and product emails
- Unsubscribe from marketing or newsletter emails using the link in those emails
- Control cookies through our banner and your browser settings
- Request account deletion by contacting loopenode@gmail.com
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some requests may be limited where we must retain information for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.
12. Children’s privacy
Health Mesh is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. Third-party links
Our website or product may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing personal information.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, dashboard, or email. Continued use of Health Mesh after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
15. Contact
